Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise in your order. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, or your bill to/ship to address is a PO Box, then shipping for your order will automatically be changed to US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Shipping Charges are calculated by UPS/USPS.
International Orders
Unfortunately, TheKnifeWarehouse.com does not ship internationally at this time, except in rare situations. However, most items can be shipped to APO / FPO addresses. We support our troops, do you?
Return policy
TheKnifeWarehouse.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to TheKnifeWarehouse.com. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
TheKnifeWarehouse.com will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#
To obtain an RA#, email sales@theknifewarehouse.com detailing your reason for return along with your phone number and the best time to reach you. A customer service representative will give you an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. Merchandise return instructions will then be delivered via telephone or email.
TheKnifeWarehouse.com cannot be obligated to cancel orders that have already left the warehouse as doing so incurs additional charges that are unrecoverable. If for some reason you wish to cancel or change your order after it has been submitted, please email your request AND call Existing Orders @ Tel: (866) 9-KNIVES immediately. Your order will be updated if it has not left for shipment.
TheKnifeWarehouse.com will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to TheKnifeWarehouse.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return.
